The Star Award is given by the QTF Regional Program CEO in recognition for support of the QTF Regional Program Award for Performance Excellence. The Star Award can be given for two purposes: going above and beyond the basic requirements or it can symbolize an organizational expenditure of funds and support with the Foundation. In either case, this Award is symbolic of being a “STAR” in supporting the Foundation.
