The Star Award is given by the Quality Texas Foundation Regional Program CEO in recognition for support of the Quality Texas Foundation Regional Award for Performance Excellence. The Star Award can be given for two purposes: going above and beyond the basic requirements or it can symbolize an organizational expenditure of funds and support with the Foundation. In either case, this Award is symbolic of being a “STAR” in supporting the Foundation.
