Annual Texas Quest for Excellence Conference Refund Policy:
All refund requests must be in writing by email to Virginia Williams at virginia@quality-texas.org.
If registration is canceled 30 days before the conference – 100% Refund
If registration is canceled 21 days before the conference – 75% Refund
If registration is canceled 14 days before the conference – 50% Refund
No Refunds will be processed after 14 days before the conference.
